Key Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapies, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
Conduct thorough consultations, assessing clients\’ skincare needs and recommending personalized treatment plans.
Mentor and support junior aestheticians, fostering professional growth within the team.
Maintain impeccable hygiene and safety standards in compliance with clinic protocols and health regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate cutting-edge treatments into practice.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
Record client progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet individual goals.
Minimum Experience & Skills
At least 5 years of experience as an Aesthetician in a high-end clinic or spa.
Strong expertise in advanced treatments and skincare products.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
Sales experience is advantageous, with the ability to recommend products and services effectively.
Proficiency in health and safety regulations specific to the aesthetics industry.
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3/4 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
A valid UK aesthetician license or equivalent.
Advanced knowledge of non-invasive procedures and skincare technology.
Certifications in advanced skincare treatments or devices are a plus.
