Are you an experienced B2B Sales Manager with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets and leading high-performing sales teams?
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales across a growing portfolio of exhibitions and events.
This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, new business, key account management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales campaigns across new and established exhibitions.
- Achieve revenue, sales and KPI targets through new business and customer retention.
- Manage, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Develop premium and strategic accounts, including major corporates and technology vendors.
- Personally manage major accounts and lead commercial negotiations.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise portfolio growth.
- Run weekly pipeline meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and appraisals.
- Identify new markets, customer opportunities and competitor activity.
- Work closely with senior commercial and portfolio teams to deliver event and sales plans.
About You
You will have
- 3+ years' Sales Manager or equivalent leadership experience.
- Proven success in B2B sales and high-value revenue generation.
- Experience managing, coaching and developing sales teams.
- Strong new business, account management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with sales forecasting, KPIs and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven, resilient and proactive approach.
- Events, exhibitions or conference experience is desirable but not essential.
