Team Leader Role Hours: Full-time (Minimum 3 shifts per week, 11.75 hours per shift) Salary: £14.95 per hour (includes pension and 28 days annual leave) Shift Availability: Must be fully flexible, including both day and night shifts Key Responsibilities: * Team Leadership: Oversee and manage a small team of carers in a residential care home setting. * Medication Management: Handle medication cycles, including ordering, receiving, carry-forward, and auditing. * Care Planning: Write, update, and maintain accurate care plans with strong written English skills. * Risk Assessments: Perform risk assessments and document them effectively. * Communication: Must have excellent spoken and written English. * Attitude: We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and supportive individual.
