We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established, Good-rated CQC residential care home supporting 28 residents aged 18+ and 65+, including those living with dementia and mental health conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to progress into a management role.
Requirements for Registered Care Manager:
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Experience within residential elderly care
- Understanding of dementia care, medication management, infection control, and person-centred care
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on management approach
