Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist β Fully Private Dental Practice
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - NO Weekends!
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fully private dental practice in Central London for an experienced and confident Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey. You'll build strong relationships with patients, present treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and support clinicians in a modern private practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients with outstanding customer service
- Present treatment plans and discuss costs confidently
- Build patient relationships and increase treatment acceptance
- Manage enquiries by phone and email
- Book consultations and coordinate clinician diaries
- Follow up outstanding treatment plans
- Process payments and finance applications (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate patient records using SOE
- Work closely with dentists and the wider practice team
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a fully private dental practice
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Receptionist with treatment presentation responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) β essential
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Professional, confident, and patient-focused
Desirable
- Experience with cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign or implants
- Finance application experience (Tabeo, Chrysalis, Medenta)
- GDC-registered Dental Nurse (advantageous but not essential)
