Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist – Fully Private Dental Practice

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - NO Weekends!

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fully private dental practice in Central London for an experienced and confident Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient journey. You'll build strong relationships with patients, present treatment plans, coordinate appointments, and support clinicians in a modern private practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support patients with outstanding customer service
  • Present treatment plans and discuss costs confidently
  • Build patient relationships and increase treatment acceptance
  • Manage enquiries by phone and email
  • Book consultations and coordinate clinician diaries
  • Follow up outstanding treatment plans
  • Process payments and finance applications (where applicable)
  • Maintain accurate patient records using SOE
  • Work closely with dentists and the wider practice team

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a fully private dental practice
  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Dental Receptionist with treatment presentation responsibilities
  • Excellent knowledge of SOE (Software of Excellence) – essential
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, confident, and patient-focused

Desirable

  • Experience with cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign or implants
  • Finance application experience (Tabeo, Chrysalis, Medenta)
  • GDC-registered Dental Nurse (advantageous but not essential)
