We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead well-established mixed NHS and private dental practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the practice

Manage and support the reception and clinical teams

*

Maintain compliance with CQC, NHS, and company policies

*

Drive performance and ensure high standards of patient service

*

Handle staff rotas, recruitment, and HR processes

*

Monitor budgets, KPIs, and financial performance

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager (essential)

*

Strong leadership and team management skills

*

In-depth knowledge of NHS and private dental practice operations

*

Confident using dental software systems

*

Organised, proactive, and approachable
