We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to join a friendly nursing home team in Barton on Sea. This is a great opportunity for a confident nurse leader who is passionate about high-quality resident care and supporting staff development.

Role Overview

  • Clinical Lead
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift pattern: 08:00 – 20:00
  • Includes supernumerary hours
  • Nursing home setting

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain high standards of resident care
  • Support care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
  • Mentor and supervise nursing and care staff
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and policies
  • Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements for Clinical Lead

  • Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
  • Previous senior nursing or leadership experience in a care home setting
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
