Care Team Leader – Residential Home ⏳ Hours: Minimum 3 shifts per week (35.25 hrs) 🕒 Shifts: 7:30am – 7:45pm / 7:30pm – 7:45am (Days or Nights) Care Home (Good CQC rating) is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee care delivery, manage a small team, and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents with dementia and mental health conditions. Important: We are unable to interview candidates currently working in domiciliary or supported living roles. Candidates must have residential or nursing home experience.
