We are looking for an Administrator to work within the Appointee Management team. As Administrator, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative support in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment of Appointees to Qualifications Scotland.

To do this you must have experience in the following specific duties:

  • Vacancy management from advertisement to contract issue
  • Process and monitor contract responses
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure appointee roles are filled
  • Plan and organise recruitment schedules
  • Provide technical and systems support to appointees and staff

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 5 and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
