You will be part of the Level 3 Service Support Team, analyzing, fixing, triaging, and coordinating live defects while closely collaborating with the development team.
It is your responsibility to ensure overall operations stability through proactive health and daily checks.
You will actively perform root cause analysis on various issues and lead them to resolution.
Using systematic methods, you will triage, research, diagnose, and provide workarounds or solutions to both technical and functional issues with the product.
You are expected to take ownership of all queries and issues, identify and elevate them to the relevant departments until resolved.
Adhering to agreed response time and resolution time service level agreements (SLAs) is essential.
Collaboration with a distributed team of developers, analysts, and business owners across all levels is a core part of the role.
