This role is for a Senior Business Analyst working in the Technology, Strategy & Architecture (TSA) team. You will support technology change initiatives by working closely with business and technical teams. Your main responsibility is to understand business needs, define clear requirements, and help deliver successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and manage business and system requirements
- Create clear documentation such as process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Run workshops and meetings to agree requirements and solutions
- Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support projects using Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methods
- Assess impacts, risks, and dependencies of proposed changes
- Ensure requirements are agreed, prioritised, and traceable
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects
- Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
- Experience in financial services, ideally payments-related projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Experience creating business processes and operating models (BPMN 2.0)
- Ability to mentor or coach others on Agile ways of working
