We at Qualient Solutions are looking for an SAP Portfolio Lead with Active SC Clearance.

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Portfolio Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in project/program management and delivery.
• Experience with project and finance reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse teams.
• Experience leading project teams including third-party vendors, Business Analysts, Test teams, SMEs.
• Experience managing third-party vendors.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Role Description:

• Oversee the future direction, roadmap, and exploitation of SAP as a strategic asset.
• Manage incoming work pipeline to prioritize and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and define deliverables.
• Manage SAP projects within the portfolio, ensuring quality, budget, and customer satisfaction.
• Resource planning and team management.

Domain Skills:

• Expectations management throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Skills:

• Requirements analysis, peer review of Low-Level Design (LLD), test plan execution, and problem-solving.

Behavioral Skills:

• Technical issue resolution, teamwork, stakeholder communication, training, and coaching.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Information Technology.
