We are looking for an HCM Functional Lead based in Milton Keynes – Contract / Permanent.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead configuration and implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), including requisition design, candidate lifecycle management, approvals, interview workflows, offer management, and onboarding integration aligned to business requirements and best practice.
- Facilitate design workshops and requirement gathering, translating recruitment process needs into scalable Oracle HCM solutions while promoting “Adopt not Adapt” principles.
- Support integrations, data migration, and reporting, collaborating with technical teams on interfaces (e.g., job boards, background checks), security roles, OTBI/BIP reports, and data validation activities.
- Contribute to testing, training, and go-live readiness, preparing test scripts, supporting UAT, assisting change management activities, and ensuring smooth transition into hypercare and BAU support.
