We at Qualient solutions are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Architect to implement and support Absence and Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need expert knowledge of UK payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Your role as an Oracle Fusion HCM Architect will be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Absence Management and Payroll for the UK public sector.
You'll need a deep understanding of all UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules.
