We are looking for a Technical Support Lead with 10 years of application support experience in the telecom domain based in London, UK (onsite).

Skills:

  • GIS - ArcGIS, Hexagon, Hexagon Geospatial Portal, Oracle Spatial database, .Net
  • 10 years experience in application support/maintenance in the telecom domain
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and experience of leading a team
  • Good knowledge of GCOOMS, ArcGIS, GCP and Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of Java and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux Operating System & Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills
  • Understanding of L2, L3 operations experience of relevant domains (OSS, B2B, Wholesale, Corporate)
  • Root cause analysis and problem management for recurring issues
  • Create workarounds which can be applied by junior team members
  • Perform change management, planning, coordination and deployment in pre-prod, prod environments
  • Responsible for CSIP, automation of manual jobs/activities
  • Analyze vulnerabilities and progress vulnerability fixes
  • Perform capacity management activities
  • Perform disaster recovery activities, failover testing
  • Create SOP for L1, L2 junior resources
