Pinnacle Dermatology, part of the QualDerm Partners family, is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team serving both our Excelsior and Plymouth locations. What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations:
- Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Assist physicians during procedures and examinations
- Perform basic lab tests and prepare specimens for analysis
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare routines
- Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and patient-ready
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment
- Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical role preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology (dermatology experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced setting

Compensation Range: $22.00-$29.00 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
