We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to join Qualcomm as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations for the Compute business. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of global and regional marketing, sales and partners, orchestrating end-to-end campaign execution, market alignment and business growth across EMEA.
As the regional lead for marketing execution, you’ll shape how our next-generation technology is positioned and perceived across EMEA. You will bring together cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing investments deliver against commercial priorities. This is a key leadership position for an experienced marketing professional ready to operate at both strategic and operational levels—balancing the art of storytelling with the science of data and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Orchestration: Translate global strategies into regionally tailored EMEA marketing execution plans that reflect local market dynamics, customer needs, and business goals, in collaboration with the Director, Compute Marketing. Partner closely with global marketing, regional sales, channel, and product teams to build cohesive, insight-led go-to-market strategies and execution plans. Lead the EMEA integrated planning process and communication across product, partner, and regional marketing teams, connecting into a unified, outcomes-driven roadmap. Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using data and market intelligence to inform ongoing optimisation and strategic pivots.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Influence: Act as the key liaison for EMEA marketing across internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and clarity at all levels. Represent the EMEA marketing function in global forums and cross-regional planning cycles, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic integration. Support executive visibility and strategic alignment by ensuring cohesive messaging, structured engagement planning, and coordination across key briefing materials for the Compute leadership team—both regionally and globally. Implement structured communication practices to keep teams informed, engaged, and accountable across multiple functions and geographies.
- Marketing Budget & Resource Management: Own and manage the EMEA Compute marketing budget in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Global Marketing. Drive marketing effectiveness through robust ROI tracking, budget optimization and performance reporting. Partner with HR and finance to plan headcount and investment needs aligned with strategic goals.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the EMEA compute marketing team. Champion effective ways of working across the matrixed marketing organization.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience: Associate’s degree + 10 years, or High School diploma + 12 years).
Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of the PC ecosystem, OEM/channel dynamics, and compute marketing. Proven ability to drive operational excellence and cross-functional alignment in a global matrixed environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into action. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and modern marketing practices. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
