Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd is a leader in 5G and 6G, driving AI adoption across multiple business areas. This role supports the EMEA marketing team across Europe and the Middle East on a contract basis, managing all facets of EMEA social media and video content.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage all facets of EMEA social media and video content.
  • Administrative responsibilities: FCPA system, iProc & contracts.
  • Event activity promotion: social, PR & marketing input to amplify key messaging & activity on site & post event.
  • Video and content production around key company announcements.
  • Manage the B2B social media agency and EU LinkedIn and X regional channels.
  • Wrap up reports & ROI.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly marketing PPT reports to showcase activities and successes.
  • Coordinate with EMEA marketing, BD, Finance, Administration and Procurement teams daily.
  • Work with external partners such as film crews and events agencies.
  • Lead collateral (pop‑up banners, videos, branding) in key EMEA offices.

Required Competencies

  • Proactive, can‑do attitude; works well under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Energetic and interested in new technologies.
  • Excellent IT and creative skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible, competent multi‑tasker.
  • Confident in working for a multinational company across time zones and cultures.
  • Willingness to take on any request; capable of following tight controls/processes or showing initiative.
  • Strong communication skills; professional and presentable.
  • Self‑starting and able to work unsupervised.
  • Good business acumen and excellent English (spelling, punctuation, grammar).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Level / GCSE with 2–3 years marketing and administration experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related experience.
  • Associate's degree with 4+ years Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related experience.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related experience.
  • Completed advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing/Business Studies Graduate with ambition to progress a marketing career.
  • Experienced/qualified on full Microsoft package (Email, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and generally IT literate.
  • Second language advantage (German, French, Italian).
