Qualcomm Cambridge is seeking an experienced CPU Physical Design Integration Engineer to join the Nuvia Data Center CPU team.

You will own final layout, floorplanning, and integration for high-frequency data center CPUs, collaborating with RTL, CAD, and So C teams to deliver production-grade designs.

You will drive flows for chip-level integration, signoff, and validation, while mentoring staff-level engineers and influencing cross-functional methodology across global teams.
