Our Mission
At Pharmaxo Healthcare, we deliver high‑quality clinical homecare and specialist pharmacy services across the UK. Working with the NHS, pharmaceutical partners, private providers and self‑funding patients, we bring high‑tech treatments directly into people’s homes and community settings, offering the same standard of care they would expect in hospital, delivered with compassion and expertise. For more than 10 years, our nurses have provided homecare and, more recently, clinic‑based treatments on behalf of the NHS. This service is helping patients receive life‑changing care closer to their loved ones, in the comfort and familiarity of their own communities. Every visit, every treatment and every conversation supports someone through a challenging moment in their health journey. Here, patients always come first and your work has real purpose every day.
Our Values
- Connect: We build meaningful relationships with patients, partners and each other.
- Energy: We bring positivity, passion and commitment to every moment of care.
- Innovate: We look for better ways to deliver safe, effective and personalised services.
- Nurture: We support growth, wellbeing and development across our teams.
- On‑purpose: We act with intention, integrity and a shared mission to improve lives.
These values define our culture and they are reflected in the way we care, collaborate and build our future together: Purpose every day. Your work directly supports patients through life‑changing treatment. Whether you are delivering care in the home, coordinating services or supporting clinical teams - what you do truly matters.
About the Role
As more and more patients are treated outside a traditional hospital setting, the role of the home care Nurse is developing. We work in a variety of environments such as clinics to residential accommodation and patients' own homes. We are able to treat individuals at school or even in a work environment. Our nurses help the NHS meet the needs of elderly, disabled or vulnerable patients who may not be able to easily visit the hospital. We are able to help support our patients to become more independent in the management of their treatment and to make the whole treatment journey more convenient. You will need to be kind, compassionate and caring with a desire to provide excellent patient experience and safe and effective care.
