Your role
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, the Regional Nurse Manager is responsible for the safe, effective and high-quality delivery of clinical homecare services within their region. The Regional Nurse Manager provides day-to-day leadership and support to the nursing team, ensuring patients receive timely, reliable and compassionate care in line with their individual needs and treatment plans.
You will hold operational accountability for nursing services, ensuring care is delivered in line with:
- CQC Fundamental Standards
- Care Inspectorate Scotland requirements
- Professional (NMC) standards
- Organisational policies and governance processes
The Regional Nurse Manager plays a key role in ensuring services are well-led, with clear oversight of performance, risk and team capability within the Midlands South region.
Requirements
- Significant nursing, training and management
- Current NMC registration is essential
- Experience of administering S/C, IM or IV medications
- SACT experience is desirable
- Valid UK full driving license
- Willingness to work autonomously
- Attention to detail
