About the Role
The Senior Quality Control Officer will be responsible for monitoring the environment where aseptic manufacturing takes place. They work together with QA, the Contamination Control Officer, and Validation to ensure that there is QC oversight present where required. The department has primary responsibility for Environmental Monitoring as part of the Quality Team at Pharmaxo Compounding. The Senior would be managing and approving work completed by Quality Control Officers, whose responsibilities include QC checks on incoming goods and validation and verification of equipment. The goal of this position is to successfully manage the team to monitor the facility and to investigate and risk assess results that are out of limits or have breached action limits.
