Your role
The Production Trainer plays an integral role in achieving our exciting level of ambition at Bath ASU, by delivering best-in-class training programs that ensure individuals are fully trained, confident, and competent to perform all activities across all operational production roles — from new starters through to experienced staff progressing along the production career pathway. As a role model of our values and behaviours, you will set the standard for excellence in training delivery, demonstrating leadership by influencing others through your expertise, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Full time: 37.5 hours per week
- Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
- Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
