Your role

The Clinic and Service Implementation Lead is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new nurse-led services, including both clinic-based treatments and complex therapies delivered in patients’ homes. This role owns the transition from initial commercial interest to operational delivery, ensuring that all customer requirements are fully defined, planned, and executed safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and clinical governance standards. The role holder will act as the central point of coordination across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring new services are mobilised effectively and then embedded into high-quality, sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) operations.

Benefits

  • Annual salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
  • Annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years’ service)
  • Pension - you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
