The Commercial and Estates Director provides strategic and operational leadership of the Quakers in Britain Commercial and Estates teams, and in addition is a part of the Quakers in Britain Senior Leadership Team.
You may or may not be a Quaker, but you’ll be confident working in an environment where our values of simplicity, truth, equality, peace and sustainability are at the forefront of our decision-making.
You'll have a track record of applying these values in commercial contexts, as well as a sympathy with the wider Quaker faith and aims.
You will ideally bring a record of achievement in
- Leadership and management of a multidisciplinary team in the attractions or conferencing sector with knowledge of buildings and facility management, either in the private sector or as part of a complex commercial arm in the public or voluntary sectors.
- Innovative and creative business development.
- Experience in marketing and developing a strong customer base.
