Role Overview: Thermal Spray Operator duties include maintaining and operating all thermal spray and associated coating equipment, including grit blast units and robotic manipulators.
Tasks:
- Assist Workshop Supervisor by reporting HSE matters and factors that may hinder performance.
- Maintain relevant thermal spray logbooks.
- Ensure adequate stock of consumables, powders, masking, and blasting materials.
- Assist supervisor with production planning when required.
- Carry out any additional duties deemed appropriate by the Directors.
