As Talent Attraction Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Technician and Support-level roles mainly across the UK and Germany, while driving sourcing and talent pipeline initiatives that help attract top talent to the organization. Working closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and HR Operations teams, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure hiring goals are met through strong execution and collaboration.
What will you do?
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technician, and Administrative roles across the assigned countries.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Drive sourcing, talent pipelining, and hard-to-fill candidate attraction initiatives.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Leverage market insights and recruitment data to provide consultative talent advice.
- Build talent pipelines through partnerships with technical schools, training centers, and community organizations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
- Promote employee referral programs and strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approvals, employment laws, and TA global processes.
- Maintain recruitment systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance TA efficiency and quality.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for a talent acquisition professional with at least 4 years of recruiting experience across technician, skilled trades, manufacturing, operations, warehouse, administrative, or other support functions, either in an agency or in-house environment. Experience hiring for the manufacturing sector is highly preferred, particularly supporting both permanent and contingent workforce needs. Success in a complex, international, matrixed organization will be a strong advantage, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders and geographies. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and Workday is highly valued. Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Strong communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of the organization. Able to handle highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
