Bu rolde, Hatay, Adana ve Osmaniye bölgelerindeki müşterilerimize üzerinde mutabık kalınan saha servis desteğini sağlayacaksınız. Temel olarak test faaliyetleri yürütmek, gerekli düzeltici aksiyonları almak ve ürünlerimizle ilgili tüm teknik konularda danışmanlık yapmakla sorumlu olacak; aynı zamanda müşterilerimizle güçlü ve uzun vadeli ilişkiler geliştireceksiniz.
Görev ve Sorumluluklarınız
- Hatay, Adana ve Osmaniye bölgelerinde müşterilerimizi ziyaret ederek, üretim süreçlerinde kullanılan metal yağlayıcılar, gresler, soğutma sıvıları, temizleyiciler ve diğer Quaker Houghton endüstriyel sıvılarının optimum koşullarda çalışmasını sağlamak.
- Sahada sıvıların günlük rutin testlerini gerçekleştirmek ve gerektiğinde düzeltici aksiyonlar almak.
- Sıvıların optimum performansı için gerekli ayarlamalar konusunda müşteriye raporlama yapmak.
- Yazılım uygulamalarımızı kullanarak proses ve ürün kullanım verilerini toplamak, kaydetmek ve analiz etmek.
- Tüm görevlerin, yasal düzenlemelere ve müşteri beklentilerine uygun şekilde, güvenli ve verimli olarak yürütülmesini sağlamak.
- İlgili Quaker Houghton ekipleri ve müşteri tarafındaki ana paydaşlarla sürekli iletişim halinde olmak.
- Sorumlu olunan bölgede, zamanın yaklaşık %75'inde müşteri sahalarına ve/veya laboratuvarlara seyahat etmek.
