FULL TRAINING PROVIDED – Start your career as a Field Service Technician!
You will support our customers across the Midlands region by delivering agreed onsite service. Your primary focus will be testing, resolving product-related issues, and offering advice—all while building trusted relationships with our clients.

What will you do?
Support customers across the Midlands region by ensuring that metalworking fluids, greases, coolants, and cleaners are optimally maintained for efficient manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:
• Travel to customer sites (company vehicle provided)
• Carry out basic testing of metalworking fluids (training provided)
• Record and clearly communicate test results to customers
• Offer solutions and technical advice as a trusted point of contact
• Collaborate with your team and internal departments
• Follow all health & safety procedures on-site
What do we look for?
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional, and consultative approach with customers
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
