Glasshouse Digital is a digital advertising agency in Kingsland, Auckland. We run paid search and paid social for clients across retail, e-commerce and services. Property development is where we have made our name, with more than 450 developments taken to market. We are the paid media supplier to the country's leading real estate firms, including Barfoot & Thompson, Bayleys, Colliers and Sotheby's, along with publicly listed developers.

About the role

Reporting to the Digital Performance Director, and working closely with the company Director on campaign strategy, you will manage paid social campaigns across our client base, with supporting work across paid search. Much of this work sits within our property development portfolio, alongside clients in retail, e-commerce, and services. Meta is the primary platform for this role. You will build, optimise, and report on campaigns across a range of accounts, including developments coming to market across New Zealand. Initially, you will work to campaign plans and structures developed by our Director, with the aim of taking on that planning work yourself as your experience grows. Property development marketing in particular is a specialised area, and we do not expect candidates to arrive with that knowledge already. What we are looking for is someone who is comfortable in the platforms from the start: able to build campaigns accurately, interpret performance data, and put forward considered recommendations. From there, the intention is that you develop into a genuine specialist across our client base, including a niche that few people in this market have the opportunity to work in.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns across a portfolio of clients
  • Manage budget pacing, campaign delivery, and performance against agreed KPIs
  • Produce clear performance reporting, including commentary on results and recommended next steps
  • Brief creative and copy requirements for campaigns
  • Contribute to campaign planning and media strategy for new developments as your understanding of the sector develops
  • Maintain accurate, organised records across campaign accounts and internal documentation

About you

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, including campaign builds, audience setup, and conversion tracking. This is essential
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads across Search and Performance Max
  • Agency experience is preferred, particularly managing multiple client accounts concurrently
  • An interest in or exposure to the property sector is preferred but not required
  • Confident working with performance data and using it to inform recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing communication
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines across a multi-client portfolio

Benefits

  • Annual wellness benefit
  • Your birthday off
  • Quarterly team events
  • A central Kingsland location, easily accessible by public transport
  • Campaign volume and budget scale that will develop you faster than a generalist role
