Platform Engineers run the internal developer platform that powers Quadrature's business‑critical applications, giving engineering teams self‑service tools to ship and operate their systems reliably.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands‑on experience running Kubernetes in production: administration, operations, and application deployment.
- Solid grounding in Linux and networking fundamentals, with proficiency in Go or Python.
- A track record of leading complex technical projects end‑to‑end: from requirements and architecture through to implementation and delivery.
- Proficiency with GitOps, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, configuration management, and modern observability stacks.
- A pragmatic, adaptable mindset – equally comfortable building global infrastructure, advising other teams, and bringing in new tools and ideas where they add value.
