We are offering a 6-month paid internship at our London office with the opportunity for top-performers to be considered for a full-time role. This internship is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with hands-on experience in market research. This is an opportunity to gain real-world exposure in corporate strategy, communications, and client-facing research.

You’ll join teams serving clients across industries like technology, healthcare, finance, and entertainment. Interns will quickly gain responsibility and exposure, working on live projects with direct client interaction. We’re looking for candidates who bring more than academic credentials — we want individuals who have transferable experience for conducting market or communications research in a business, agency, or consulting environment.

  • Have prior experience in a research role (internship or agency) focused on consumer insights, brand tracking, communications testing, or public opinion.
  • Contribute to turning data into insights that help businesses navigate reputational and strategic challenges.
  • Understand and have experience with research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, and market segmentation.
  • Possess strong writing skills and can clearly communicate insights in client-ready deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and execution of client engagements, including drafting proposals, research memos and other external reports, and presenting them to clients.
  • Develop, implement and analyze a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies, such as proprietary polling, focus groups and other research methodologies.
  • Assist in developing communication strategies and recommendations based on custom research.
  • Participate in project management by engaging with internal and external stakeholders on project logistics.
  • Effectively take direction and excel at task management in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in market or communications research (via internships, work placements, or agency roles).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for understanding how research informs strategy.
