The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of pilot training programs and simulator hire to both airline partners and individual customers.
This role involves building strategic relationships with airlines to secure training agreements and long-term partnerships.
The position requires a consultative approach to understand client needs, provide tailored training solutions that meet regulatory standards, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and supporting the growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries providing quotations in line with company pricing policies
- Research commercial airline market and identify sales leads/ potential clients online as well as using social media to identify new opportunities
- Populate and maintain a sales database (CRM)
- Systematic prospecting of UK and European Airlines to identify new business opportunities including cold calling
- Prepare proposals, respond to Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and assist with responses to formal tender processes
- Negotiate new customer contracts with assistance from management where required
- Negotiate and renew existing customer contracts
- Contact potential clients via email, phone, text and social media channels to establish or maintain relationships with pilot training decision makers
- Manage sales campaigns for specific courses or services
- Establish relationships with flight schools and other potential industry partners
- Gather and share market intelligence
- Work closely with group marketing team to promote the company’s products and services
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences
- General sales administration tasks as required
