Quadraloop seeks to design the control room and playbooks that let a small team safely oversee a growing fleet.

You will build the remote operations function from scratch: tooling, playbooks, and the team that keeps every vehicle safe and moving.

You will stand up the remote operations centre with tooling, staffing, and processes, define latency targets and safety playbooks, and establish a feedback loop between operators and engineering to scale from a handful of vehicles to many per operator.
