This role exists to ensure the Learning Lounge becomes a place people genuinely want to spend time in, and a source of stories, ideas and relationships that contribute to strengthening Quadmark's reputation. The Learning Lounge is where Quadmark's ideas become real. It's where we experiment, learn, collaborate, build relationships and create experiences that shape our products, partnerships and reputation. This role sits at the heart of that ecosystem, ensuring every conversation, event and visitor experience contributes to something bigger. By bringing people together, capturing what matters and sharing those stories with the world, you'll help establish the Learning Lounge as a place people return to for ideas, connection and inspiration.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE

This role combines communications, content creation, hospitality and community building. You'll create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door while capturing and sharing the stories that emerge from those experiences. You'll help establish the Learning Lounge as a destination for learning and collaboration, extending its impact through thoughtful communications across our website, LinkedIn and other channels.

You are accountable for:

  • Creating an exceptional experience for every visitor.
  • Curating a welcoming, inspiring Learning Lounge environment.
  • Capturing and sharing the stories that emerge from the space.
  • Coordinating workshops, events and community gatherings.
  • Helping establish the Learning Lounge as a recognised destination for learning, collaboration and innovation.

Community & Experience

Create an environment where people feel welcomed, inspired and connected.

  • Owning the day-to-day running of the Learning Lounge.
  • Opening, preparing and maintaining the space.
  • Welcoming clients, partners and visitors.
  • Hosting workshops, community events and learning sessions.
  • Preparing refreshments and meeting spaces.
  • Coordinating suppliers, deliveries and facilities.
  • Creating an atmosphere that reflects Quadmark's culture and values.
  • Continuously improving the visitor experience.

Stories & Communications

Turn conversations into stories that inspire others.

  • Capturing stories, insights and moments from Learning Lounge activity.
  • Publishing related content on the Quadmark website.
  • Creating and sharing LinkedIn and social media content.
  • Supporting newsletters and internal communications.
  • Coordinating photography, video and visual content.
  • Building and maintaining a growing library of stories from the Learning Lounge.

Events & Partnerships

Help bring the Learning Lounge to life through brilliant experiences.

  • Coordinating workshops, events and community gatherings working with key stakeholders.
  • Supporting facilitators, speakers and partners.
  • Managing event logistics before, during and after sessions.
  • Helping identify opportunities to bring new communities and partners into the Learning Lounge.
  • Capturing feedback and insights to continuously improve future events.
  • Creating experiences that encourage people to return and become part of the Quadmark community.
