🚨 We're hiring: Digital Admin Support | Content Operations Coordinator
Are you highly organised, digitally confident and someone who takes pride in getting the details right?
We're looking for a Content Operations Coordinator to help us manage, publish and improve learning content across our LMS.
This is an early-career role, you don't need to arrive as an LMS expert, just comfortable learning new systems and figuring things out when something doesn't work.
🎯 What we're looking for
- Someone highly organised who can juggle multiple content requests at once
- A natural eye for accuracy - you check your work rather than assuming it's right
- Comfort with systems like LMSs, CMSs or other digital platforms
- Confidence with Google Sheets, Docs and Drive (formulas and data manipulation a bonus)
- Curiosity to investigate issues before escalating them
- A calm, constructive approach when deadlines are tight
- Clear, kind communication across teams, markets and stakeholders
- An interest in AI, automation and workflow optimisation
💡 What you'll be doing: You'll manage standard LMS content workflows with growing independence, taking structured content inputs, configuring and publishing them accurately, completing QA and keeping clear records across different markets and languages.
When something breaks, you'll investigate before escalating.
When you spot repetition, you'll ask if there's a better way.
And as your knowledge grows, you'll start experimenting with automation and AI to make content operations smarter.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build real expertise in digital content operations while helping shape how the team works.
✨ The one thing: Make the content operation dependable today, while learning how to make it smarter tomorrow.
🌍 What you'll get
- Flexible, remote-first working
- Quarterly in-person team days
- Private Medical Insurance
- 25 days annual leave in the UK
- 3 additional paid days over the holiday shutdown
- EAP and mental health support
- Travel insurance
If you're organised, curious and ready to grow into digital content operations, we'd love to hear from you! 👋
