This senior field sales role is designed for high-performing sales professionals who excel at creating opportunities, building value within existing accounts, and driving growth with net-new prospects. You will engage customers across the full Quadient portfolio, delivering solutions that transform communication and digital workflows. This is a proactive, outbound-focused position where account-based thinking, team selling, and solution-oriented engagement are critical for success. Our field sales professionals are focused, targeted, and relentless in driving revenue growth from high-potential accounts, competitive customers, new-to-Quadient clients, and cross-sell opportunities. The field sales team also plays a pivotal role in expanding solutions and generating new revenue within the inside sales customer base by positioning broader communication and digital transformation opportunities. This is a front-line role with a clear mission: retain and grow our most valued commercial MAIL accounts, build a multi-solution pipeline, and expand market share by working smarter and faster than the competition. Your role in our future:

  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently deliver against quarterly and annual revenue goals through disciplined pipeline management and proactive selling.
  • Retain & Grow Strategic Accounts: Proactively manage and expand relationships within our most valuable commercial MAIL clients, ensuring continued value and retention.
  • Grow Quadient Accounts: Identify and sell into our top commercial MAIL accounts, focusing on non-asset cross-sell opportunities across digital, automation, and document solutions.
  • Cross-Sell & Expand Wallet Share: Leverage your account base to identify and sell additional solutions across our broader portfolio—digital, document automation, and workflow tools.
  • Hunt & Acquire New Logos: Target net-new business in the open market and aggressively pursue competitive displacement opportunities.
  • Intelligent Targeting: Use data, insights, and market signals to prioritize accounts, personas.
  • Engage Third-Party Partners: Collaborate with approved solution providers to deliver specialist demos, expertise, and added value.
  • Team Selling: Work as part of an account team—bringing in product experts, digital specialists, and partner contacts to create winning strategies.
  • Operate as a Territory CEO: Own your territory, pipeline health, and results through insight-driven planning and execution.

Your profile:

  • Proven success in B2B field sales, ideally in a solution-led environment (communications, SaaS, workflow, or managed services).
  • Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts, win net-new business, and drive cross-sell.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and SMB, with comfort navigating multiple decision-makers.
  • Track record of strong pipeline generation and consistent over-achievement.
  • Strong understanding of account planning and consultative selling strategies.
  • Familiarity with team-based selling, CRM tools, and modern prospecting techniques.
