The Senior Product Marketing Manager – Payments is a key global role within the Quadient Global Product Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Global Product Marketing, for Quadient software portfolio, which includes finance automation SaaS solutions for the Office of the CFO, such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Invoice Delivery and E-invoicing, Cash Management, as well as Customer Communications Management solutions. The role is responsible for shaping and driving the success of Quadient's Embedded Payments portfolio. This position is central to Quadient's growth strategy, ensuring that payment capabilities are seamlessly integrated into our digital solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role combines strategic vision, market expertise, and operational execution. It focuses on capturing value from over €100 billion annual transactions processed through Quadient's SaaS software platforms, by identifying and delivering innovative payment solutions that meet evolving customer needs and comply with regulatory standards across multiple regions.
Your role in our future:
- Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for embedded payment solutions, ensuring alignment with Quadient's business objectives.
- Shape product positioning and messaging to differentiate Quadient in a competitive market and drive adoption.
- Influence product roadmaps by providing market insights, regulatory requirements, and customer feedback to Product Management.
- Collaborate across functions and geographies, working closely with global product marketing, product management, partner team, marketing, regional sales teams, operations, and customer-facing teams (presales, professional services, customer success).
- Drive commercial performance, including pricing, packaging, and margin optimization, to achieve revenue and penetration targets.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will act as the "CEO of Payments" within Quadient, championing the portfolio internally and externally, and ensuring that embedded payment solutions become a core differentiator for Quadient Digital.
Your profile:
- Define the global strategy and product development priorities for the Digital Embedded Payments portfolio, focusing first on the "Office of the CFO" portfolio, by gathering market intelligence, customer insights, and regional regulatory requirements.
- Analyze payment market trends, competitive landscape, and specific needs in key regions.
- Actively participate in annual and 3-Year strategic planning (3YP), defining market opportunities and evaluating revenue goals.
- Represent Payments in global product marketing and product management meetings, providing insights to influence portfolio evolution.
- Collaborate with payment partners and product management to shape the roadmap and deliver tailored solutions for local markets.
- Ideate and govern payment propositions to ensure market relevance and commercial viability.
- Provide strategic input on payment features and regulatory compliance across target markets.
- Define pricing, packaging, and commercial models aligned with customer needs and regional dynamics.
- Own global payments revenue generation plans and ensure budget attainment.
- Monitor and optimize pricing, packaging, and margin contribution.
- Contribute to the selection and management of payment partners, alongside the Partner's team.
- Contribute to the evaluation of payment partnerships to ensure they meet customers/product expectations, to expand geographic reach and enhance solution capabilities.
- Support targeted campaigns and partner/channel initiatives to maximize reach and conversion.
