Quadient is seeking a proactive HR Operations Specialist for a 1-year FTC (Maternity Cover) in the UK. You will manage the employee lifecycle, payroll changes, pensions and benefits, ensuring GDPR-compliant records and accurate HRIS data.
You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, with a focus on data integrity, reporting and process improvements. A CIPD qualification and Workday/HRIS exposure are preferred.
