Your role in our future

This role is offered on a 30 hour per week basis, for a 6 month fixed term contract.

The Global HR Partner, Corporate Functions is an enterprise-level senior HR partner responsible for shaping and delivering the global talent agenda across corporate function CIO. This position serves as a trusted strategic advisor to the CIO and their leadership teams, enabling enterprise performance through integrated talent, workforce, performance, and succession strategies. This role is outcome-focused, enterprise-oriented, with accountability for ensuring corporate functions are future-ready, high-performing, and aligned to overall company strategy. In addition, this role will focus on developing & guiding the Talent Strategy related to future readiness and AI enablement. Partnering with the Talent Center of Excellence, this role will support transforming Corporate Functions with leadership capabilities, tech and AI to support agility and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent & Workforce Planning: Lead global workforce and capability planning across corporate functions, aligned to enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and efficiency objectives. Partner with leadership to model workforce scenarios, productivity levers, and skill investments. Anticipate future capability needs within digital, financial, commercial, and product disciplines. Support development of Location Strategy in partnership with leadership, talent and communities & spaces.
  • Succession, Performance & Functional Leadership Effectiveness: Own succession planning for executive and critical leadership roles across corporate functions. Drive performance management effectiveness, ensuring clarity of expectations, accountability, and differentiation. Coach senior functional leaders to strengthen leadership impact, decision‑making, and cross‑enterprise collaboration. Serve as a trusted advisor and challenger to the CIO and their ELTs. Facilitate enterprise‑level talent reviews, succession discussions, and leadership forums. Bring external perspective and data‑driven insight to inform executive people decisions.
  • Enterprise Strategy & Transformation Enablement: Translate enterprise and functional strategies into a coherent people and organization roadmap. Lead the people agenda for enterprise‑wide initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, operating model changes, productivity programs). Support cross‑functional collaboration and capability integration across corporate areas.
  • AI Enablement & Future Readiness: Partner to develop talent strategy future ready capabilities for AI skills needed for leadership. Support AI Council of efforts related to shaping the dynamic environment. Work with HR Partners to enhance leadership capabilities through development. Support ad‑hoc AI related projects determined by CPTO.

Your profile

Qualifications & Experience: 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Partner or enterprise HR leadership roles. Demonstrated experience supporting corporate and functional leaders at executive level. Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, succession, leadership development, and performance management. Experience supporting large‑scale transformation, digitalization, or operating model change within corporate functions.

Skills & Capabilities: Executive presence with the ability to influence and challenge senior functional leaders. Enterprise mindset with strong systems thinking. Commercial, financial, and technology literacy. Data‑driven decision making and analytical capability. Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, global matrix organizations.
