Reporting to the Intelligence Digital Product Marketing Director and the Product Marketing Director, Digital Insights, this Product Marketing Manager – Market & Competitive Insights role is a key contributor within the Digital Product Marketing organization at Quadient. The position plays a central role in producing, analyzing, and activating market, customer, and competitive insights to support product strategy, Go‐to‐Market priorities, and commercial performance across regions. This role combines strategic analysis, cross‐functional collaboration, and strong field proximity in a global, fast‐evolving SaaS environment.

Your role in our future

  • Contribute to the analysis of key market trends and dynamics across Digital, Finance, E‐invoicing, and Customer Communications, including market sizing, growth drivers, regulatory evolution, and vertical‐specific opportunities.
  • Support market and customer segmentation efforts by geography, industry, and digital maturity to inform prioritization.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to support marketing, sales, and product decision‐making.
  • Maintain and continuously enrich a structured competitive intelligence framework, covering established players, emerging competitors, and indirect alternatives.
  • Produce detailed competitive analyses, including positioning, strengths and weaknesses, differentiation, pricing approaches, and messaging.
  • Develop and update battle cards, SWOT analyses, and functional gap assessments.
  • Deliver win/loss analysis and share insights with regional teams to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Market Intelligence, or Consulting.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably involving complex, regulated, or finance‐related solutions.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to transform data into insights and recommendations.
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • High intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
  • Structured, analytical, and detail‐oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and prioritization.
  • Results‐driven with a business‐oriented approach.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority.
