Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Field Services Engineer for our Customer Service department. Opportunity is remote based working in and around our Birmingham patch.

Your role in our future:

• You are responsible for the installation of our product range at the customers.
• The training of the users.
• The preventive maintenance and the repairs of our machines.
• Preventing or solving technical problems is what motivates you.

Your profile:

• You have a specialization within electromechanics.
• A first experience in a technical position is a requirement, an experience with industrial copiers, printers or office machines is a plus.
• You can perfectly combine your technical knowledge and skills with your customer focus.
• You have an analytical ability and are driven to learn at all times.
• You have a flexible attitude, work independently and are commercially skilled.
