Reporting to – Head of Communications & Marketing

Hours – 22.5 hours per week (Tuesdays are required 9am – 5pm, but flexible for the remaining hours)

We’re looking for a confident self-starter to join our small but mighty marketing team. We market everything from films and exhibitions to bar specials and events; no two days will be the same. The successful candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends, have a passion for film & art and have lots of ideas!

Key responsibilities:
  • To look after our social media channels
  • To attend and capture events for social media
  • To design and distribute flyers and other print material
  • To create and send email newsletters
  • To aid in social media strategy and competitor research
  • To attend national events as required
  • Any other reasonable tasks set by Head of Marketing
Person specification:
  • Confident person happy to be the face of the brand on social media
  • Adaptable within marketing disciplines
  • Happy managing a busy workload
  • A self-starter who shows initiative
  • Has a passion for film and photography
  • Uses social media, specifically Tiktok
  • A willingness to learn
Skills and experience:
  • 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at a level 4/ Grade C or above
  • Competent in Photoshop, Canva, Tiktok creator studio and Premier pro
  • Comfortable using cameras, ring lights and mics
  • Previous experience creating videos and graphics
  • An understanding of GDPR
