Pharmacist Manager - Community Setting

Up to £32ph
Working Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday and 9-1 on a Saturday (Flexible on a 4 or 5 day working week). The role is full-time, averaging around 40 - 42.5 hours per week.
We’re working with a leading community pharmacy group to recruit an experienced Pharmacist Manager for their branch in Norwich. This community pharmacy dispenses around 7,000 items each month and delivers a wide range of services, including Pharmacy First, NMS, hypertension checks, DMS and community blister packs. You’ll be leading a capable team, building strong relationships with patients, and driving high standards of care.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration (or due to register before starting)
- Previous management experience is essential
- Someone who enjoys leading a team and delivering excellent patient care
