Quack Recruitment & Training is hiring an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to support learners into sustained, paid employment following completion of funded training programmes. This is not an entry-level role. If you haven’t successfully worked within the recruitment industry before, this is not for you.
Responsibilities for the Recruitment Consultant role will be:
- Source, secure, and convert live paid job opportunities for learners completing Skills Bootcamps and funded programmes.
- Match learners to suitable vacancies based on skills, experience, and employer requirements.
- Build and manage strong relationships with employers across construction, business services, logistics, and related sectors.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and job matching.
- Support learners through the full recruitment journey: application, interview, offer, and start.
- Track and evidence employment outcomes in line with funder requirements (including MS3 sustained outcomes).
- Work closely with Progressions, Wraparound, and Delivery teams to maximise job outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and learner management systems.
- Meet clear placement and start KPIs – outcomes matter here.
Requirements for the Recruitment Consultant role will be:
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house) – non-negotiable.
- Demonstrated success placing candidates into paid employment.
- Strong employer engagement and vacancy generation capability.
- Confident, commercially minded communicator who can close both candidates and employers.
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable working to targets.
- Experience working with funded provision, employability programmes, or high-volume recruitment is desirable.
- Able to work autonomously while contributing to a fast-paced delivery team.
Pay for the Recruitment Consultant role will be:
- £28,000 – £30,000 PA (DOE)
- Uncapped performance-related commission / bonuses
- Monthly pay
