As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey. Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
- Support senior consultants with vacancy management and client communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertise roles and manage responses
- Maintain accurate records on internal recruitment systems
