The Real Estate Investments Director, Europe, is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of real estate investment initiatives across the region. This role oversees portfolio growth, investment management, deal negotiation, and client engagement, and requires coordination with equity partners, feasibility analysis, due diligence, acquisition and development, and project oversight for all real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for European data center markets to support business growth.
- Collaborate with sellers, partners, and property owners to manage and transform the real estate portfolio.
- Lead due diligence and closing processes for real estate transactions, coordinating with internal teams and third‑party stakeholders.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to architect and communicate strategic plans, including cost and return analyses.
- Monitor and analyze local real estate submarkets, industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions.
- Advise business leaders on datacenter market fundamentals to inform strategic decisions.
- Collect, interpret, and report data relevant to investment and operational performance.
- Represent the company in meetings and calls with key stakeholders, providing insights and responses for new market opportunities.
- Conduct economic research and prepare reports to support business strategy and development.
- Draft investment materials including memorandums, presentations, and proposals for real estate and finance‑related projects.
- Provide additional analysis and reporting as required by the Executive Committee and Board.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required; in business or real estate.
- At least 5 years of experience in the data center industry, including sales or business development in Cloud, Co‑location, Telecom, or Network sectors.
- Proven experience working with enterprise and hyperscale clients.
- Familiarity with co‑location and cloud strategy is preferred.

- Master’s degree in business or real estate preferred.
