Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to routine enquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, post, and packages).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain staff calendars and assist with meeting room bookings.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and filing (digital and paper-based).
Preparing packs for daily works.
Office Organisation.
Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Ensure common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces remain organised and presentable.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, or maintenance providers where required.
Support the onboarding of new employees with desk setup and documentation.

Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.

Skills Required
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
