The Role
I am recruiting for a Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home in East London. You will lead and support the staff team, oversee rotas and ensure children receive consistent care tailored to their individual needs. You will oversee care plans, safeguarding procedures, risk assessments and record keeping, while working closely with families, social workers and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing or supervising staff within a children’s residential setting and a strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.

The role is based in a children’s residential home in East London, where you will help create a stable and nurturing environment. Your focus will be on supporting children’s wellbeing, building positive relationships and encouraging their independence and development.
